Sessions are highly focused around individual needs, postural deviations + aims. Utilise the 1-1 setting to really work on your own aims + bring focus back to your body. All you need is a mat, a laptop or phone & we're good to go!

No equipment or experience necessary.

Sessions are dynamic to suit everyone, with the perks of doing it in your own space!
