How to gym on a budget!

We'd all like to be in our best shape, but a lot of people's first barriers is cost...

"I would but I can't afford a trainer..."

"I wish I could but I can't afford all the kit I need to get started!"

What if I, the keeper of all wisdom, told you...you can.

You absolutely can do the gym on a budget!

Here's how:

1. Shop around for gym memberships!

Check with your job that you aren't entitled to a reduced gym membership (you'd be surprised) some of these perks can get you gym for just £25 a month!

Also, if you don't want the membership that includes weighing scales that talk to you or the deluxe premium class bundle...don't get it!

Go for 'gym only' plans as these tend to be the cheapest!

2. There's no kit list to hit the gym!

Here's a list of the things you tell yourself you need before you can start...that you absolutely don't:

• 1kg of Protein powder

• Gym shark matching set

• New trainers

• Ridiculous water bottle

• All kinds of wraps + straps

• Special gym shoes

Keep it simple - keep it low cost

3. A gym plan can boost your experience

If you need the guidance of a trainer but can't afford face to face sessions then workout programming is the next best thing!

When it comes to my programming - you get video feedback included so you're still getting guidance I'm just not there cracking terrible jokes!

For £15/week you've got a PT in your ear to help you get the most out of the gym for a fraction of the cost!

4. Food prep is cheap!!

Food prepping by nature, is actually a very cheap way to eat. As well as curbing your snack tendancies you'll start to eat cleaner + save money.

You can do this even with an at home routine + see some real benefits!

I hope this helps you - I really endeavour to show people that health + fitness is for everyone! Regardless of age, ability or finances.
