Sometimes, ya can't hit the gym! For whatever reason, but the pure hell you can put those muscles through at home with limited/no equipment, is highly underrated!
Set aside 15 minutes, tie that hair back + get it done...
Warm up:
5 Rounds
10 Sit ups
10 Sofa Glute Bridges
10 Prisoner Squats
ROUND 1
EMOM (every minute on the minute) 5 minutes
5 Down Ups
5 Jumping Squats (holding weight if you have it)
10 Plank shoulder taps
REST 2 MINUTES
ROUND 2
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 5 minutes
10 Reverse Lunges (holding weight if you have it)
10 Hand release push ups
10 Leg raises (don't rush these)
Cool down:
3 Rounds
30s Cat/Cow
30s Happy Baby
30s Child's Pose
With homeworkouts, if you can motivate yourself + push yourself you will feel the benefit!
