We all know how to crush a workout & end up dying on the floor.
What's understated is Low Impact Training
A much more sustainable, joint-friendly way to get your active minutes in.
Think: Pilates, Yoga, Walking, Stretching & Barre.
Low impact training can actually test you in ways that you may be missing with your 90 minute sweaty sessions. Moving with purpose & taking time to really bring your focus back to your body.
The benefits of moving slowly go beyond the body, you're allowing your mind to slow down, you can actually calm your central nervous system rather than trying to rev it up all the time.
My challenge to you:
Add atleast one session of Low Impact training to your schedule this week.
Do this for 4 weeks & check back in to see what benefits you've found by taking things a little more slowly.
