Monthly Fitness Focus

We all need a little direction...right?


So let's aim for a monthly fitness focus to keep us all on the straight & narrow!


This month: Cardio


STAY WITH ME


We all neglect it but I promise you, we all feel soooo good when our cardio is up!


So our choices are:

  • Ski Erg

  • Rower

  • Bike/Bike Erg

  • Treadmill/Free Runner



We are going to add either:

  • 1 Long duration (10 minutes +)

  • 1 Long duration (10 minutes +) + 1 Sprint session (Under 8 minutes)

  • 2 Sprint Sessions (Both under 8 minutes)


Pick your machine, pick your layout & add it to your week for the next 4 weeks!

Each week log your Distances/Calories for whichever session format you choose.
