ITSS CHRISTMASSS!
Well...pretty much...The season of self sabotage is upon us.
Mince pies, mulled wine, chocolate, so so much chocolate. You almost don't know where to look. Well look no further, I have 5 holiday habits to help you through!
Habit #1
Chill out man! It's christmas! One of the most important, if you start getting uptight + worrying about "how much I'll eat" it's going to make it worse. It's called a holiday for a reason. Enjoy yourself, afford yourself some of the treats you want, happy in the knowledge that in a week or so it's business as usual!
Habit #2
Strive for balance. If, like me you're planning on cramming in those tasty little sugar pies...Balance it out with some wholesome food chucked in throughout the day. Promise yourself, I'll eat my sprouts then I can have my festive delights!
Habit #3
Work on a post-christmas plan. We all love something to look forward to + following christmas we can feel a bit deflated. Having your own plan of action or even having things booked (a PT or consultation) can really drive us to make a few better choices + not worry about having had a good time!
Keep these easy habits in the back of your mind + come out the other side feeling ready to take on the new year.
