5. How much me time am I getting?
*1 = Not much 5= A healthy amount
6. How are my relationships?
*1 = Tough 5= Happy
7. Am I doing things I enjoy in my spare time?
*1 = What spare time 5= I'm crushing the hobbies
8. How is my screen time?
*1 = Low 5= High
9. How is my eating?
*1 = I eat like Homer Simpson 5= Mostly good
10. What is my general energy levels?
*1 = Low 5= High

This could be a sign that you need to prioritise YOU - like quick time! We make so much room for everyone but it's so easy to forget the person running the show needs a bath watching MAFs sometimes!
So your mission for the next quarter of this year is to make more space for you 🧡

You've got a good thing going! Staying consistent will keep you feeling good + crushing your pursuits. It's important to remember on the days when things don't go perfectly that we all have bad days, perfection is just a concept!!!
