Are you doing THIS?

You've been hitting the gym hard (because you're well-ard) - 5 sessions a week, crushing yourself every time, eating your greens & sleeping like a champ...


But the results you want just aren't there?

I hate to say this, but it's not your routine...it's you *dramatic gasp*


While on paper it can seem like you're on a sweet routine, foods down etc - you could be missing some small but vital aspects of the "Running a human body" handbook.

Womens training

Try this checklist & see where you've been metaphorically kicking yourself in the nuts:

How soon after waking do you eat?

A) Immediately

B) Around 1hr

C) Up to 3hrs+


How soon after waking do you consume caffiene?

A) Up to 3hrs+

B) Around 1hr

C) Immediately


How long is each workout?

A) 45-60 mins

B) 1hr-1.5hrs

C) Close to 2hrs


How many days a week do you rest?

A) 2-3 Days

B) 1-2 Days

C) 1 Day


How often do you drink alcohol?

A) Every so often/never

B) Once a month

C) Every weekend


Are you aware of your calorie requirements?

A) Yes had them worked out

B) Im not sure, I used the internet

C) I guess


Do you keep up with your water intake?

A) Yes, like a fish

B) I mostly hit it

C) I'm so bad


Mostly A's

You're obviously ghandi - nailing it all. The issue could be your training itself, perhaps the timing of your sessions is off, you're not able to push yourself or just need a boost, speaking to a PT to maybe look at a 1-off session or even tackling nutrition might be worth it.


Mostly B's

Okay so you're halfway there! I feel my B's are still stuck in the more is better mindset just a touch! So lets ditch that immediatley & I want you to get serious! Go all in, drink that water, sleep that sleep, trim your sessions down a touch & see where you are in 6 weeks!


Mostly C's

Alright my C's - I C you (not sorry). The intention is there, that's half the battle! But you're missing the mark on some of the real important things. For example: Food, water, rest... You my friend, are a strong candidate for a Glow Up - 6 weeks of accountability & levelling up!


Help me, I'm a hybrid of failure & success...(a mix of A's B's C's)

Right mateys, while you may not be one extreme or the other, chances are whichever point you are missing, it's a biggie. Use your intuition, which point do you know is letting the team down? If you're still stumped, get in touch & we can get you on the road to your goals.
