As Many Rounds As Possible
1 round:
10 Double Dumbbell Squats
10 Double Dumbbell Deadlifts
10 Double Dumbbell Push Press
10 Double Dumbbell Devil Press
Aim to keep hold of the Dumbbells throughout each round + reset between each round.
You want to use a weight that you can keep the same dumbbells for every movement.
