How our habits can catch up with us...
I LOVE COFFEE...BUT it's the only thing I've ever been fully addicted to. I've been solidly addicted to this glorious bitter liquid for around 2 years...
At my worst I was up to 6 cups a day + loving it! Addicted to the ritual of making the drink just as much. Until i noticed my hair thinning...A symptom of adrenal fatigue (I presumed from excessive caffeine).
I had heard about Ceremonial cacao but never thought much of it! But after 7 days, some intense headaches + a little help from Cacao...I am free from coffee!!
Coffee has its benefits in moderation, but for me it was an unhealthy habit!
Even after 7 days I can notice a big difference!
Could you kick the habit if you wanted to?
