My top 3 hydration tips!

I can hear the eye roll already, it's ya nan, back again to tell you to DRINK MORE WATER.


"But it's boring AF"

I hear ya! Water is vanilla as it gets + if you're living in a city...I feel for you, your tap water tastes like ass 👎


So here's my 3 tips that I use to trick myself into getting my 3L in (spoiler I almost never make it to 3L)


1. Drink a pint of water as soon as you get up

You're barely awake, you're basically a zombie...easy to trick that zombie into topping up the tank...


2. Ask yourself, am I hungry or thirsty?

Next time your elbow deep in the snack cupboard, bribe yourself + have a cup of water before you eat that snack! Often we confuse thirst with hunger...


3. Dissolvable electrolytes/vitamins

Pretend you're doing more than just hydrating your poor body...zest it up with electrolytes or vitamins + tell yourself you are a walking chickpea taking ultimate care of themselves!


Wallah! 3 tips for staying hydrated, because incase no one told you...it's pretty important to maintaining a healthy body + health weight *shocked gasps*
