Fun fact: They were first manufactured to LUBRICATE MACHINERY
While a drop now + then won't kill you, consuming them in mass, like we are, will (or might I should say).
Personally I've found when I accidentally (or sometimes intentionally consume them, I bloat like a b*tch...
You'll find them in almost all packet foods, most spreads/pastes/sauces + even in your dairy free milk!
