Why I completely cut out Vegetable Oils


If I asked you to check everything you ate for:


• Sunflower oil

• Rapeseed oil

• Vegetable oil


You'd be horrified



Ever heard the saying "too much of anything is no good" or "moderation is key" - when it comes to seed oils, people are consuming them up to every single meal...


Fun fact: They were first manufactured to LUBRICATE MACHINERY


While a drop now + then won't kill you, consuming them in mass, like we are, will (or might I should say).


Personally I've found when I accidentally (or sometimes intentionally consume them, I bloat like a b*tch...


You'll find them in almost all packet foods, most spreads/pastes/sauces + even in your dairy free milk!


A list of what I've found them in off the top of my head:

• Bread

• Curry Paste

• Biscuits

•Crackers

• Nuts

• Cakes

• Deserts

• Milk

• Yogurt

• Meat slices

• Pasta Sauce

• Pizza bases

• Vegan cheese

• Peanut Butter

• Crisps (all crisps!)

The list is quite literallyendless!


So try a week of avoiding these oils + watch your gut immediately get happier, your skin change + your diet get much cleaner!
