#1 Berries for my babes

If you aren't on the berry train then all aboard! Berries are some of the best & easiest additions to any diet.

High in antioxidants & vitamins (especially vitamin C). They help fight inflammation, support heart health & improve skin health.


#2 Leafy Greens for the gals

Now come on gals, grab a handful of greens & cram them on/in/under any meal & every meal - they are SO good for you, the list is quite literally endless.

Rich in vitamins A, C, K, & folate, as well as iron & calcium. They support bone health, enhance digestion.


#3 Greek Yogurt for a goddess

I am around 98% greek yogurt at this point. It's so versatile! Need a tasty brekki? Yogurt. Need a quick lunch? Yogurt. Need a tasty treat after dinner? Yogurt. AND it's great for you!

High in protein, calcium & probiotics. It can support digestive health, strengthens bones & keep you feeling full.




#4 Dark Chocolate

Here's where I win some of you back, finally chocolate on the superfoods list! Now I'm talking 70% and over! You want as minimal sugar as possible to see the benefits. It's a great snack!

High in antioxidants, iron & magnesium. Dark chocolate can improve heart health, enhance mood & give an energy boost.


#5 Eggs

Eggs are something I really craved when I was vegan, like really craved. They are just little oval powerhouses for the female body! (hence why I was craving them). There's not much you can't do with an egg. So versatile, so delicious. Mmm, eggs.

A solid source of high-quality protein, vitamins D & B12. They can support brain health & muscle repair.



There you have it, add these bad boys to your diet, like right now! Not all superfoods wear capes! Foods you probably never thought of as a superfood, are already in your cupboard!
