3 Tips For Mental Health

We could all use tips + tricks on how to tend to our minds...Here's just 3 that I've found super helpful.



1.Do one thing every week just for YOU

We are constantly pleasing everyone around us. Helping who we can, doing housework, going to work. It's vital we honour ourselves + do something each week that is soley about you + your needs.


2.Don't pick up your phone for the 1st hour of the day

What's the first thing you do when you wake up? Chances are it's pick up your phone...I didn't realise I'd developed this habit until I tried stopping! This is great for starting the day on a good note...Social media can ruin your day before it even starts!


3.Say no to that 1 thing you don't actually want to do

We have all been taught to people please, disregarding our own feelings. Saying yes to situations, events + people we don't actually want to...Why? Sometimes we don't know why, most the time it's just a lack of healthy boundaries.



Take what you need, some tips will resinate with you, others won't stick at all! It's all about finding what works!
